You still have to pay on your end the cost to get the item to me.
Sometimes we have to change worn out hardware from straps that are overused or just older versions from years ago. The most common hardware we change out is the Brass Scissor snaps. We change out this hardware at our cost for hardware.

Take them to a local leather guy nearest you and they should have no problem changing them out. Its just not worth the shipping and time for me to do it for you.
